Check-in Procedures
We require that an information form is filled out for first time clients. We will make every effort to ensure your appointment time is respected. Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment to ensure adequate time for you to change into the appropriate attire and for your Spa Therapist to provide your service(s).
Booking Policy
When booking an appointment of 3 hours or more we require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
When cancelling an appointment, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Spa days require 72 hours. If cancellation time is not provided charges for the full service(s) will be applied to the credit card or gift certificate used to hold the appointment.
Parking
Parking is available in a parking lot at the back of the business.
